shares Share article A man has died after stealing two cars, one of which was involved in a head-on collision, in Melbourne’s east.
The man, 46, had already crashed a stolen Subaru when he got behind the wheel of a Ford Mustang near Punt Road and Boulton Parade in Richmond on Saturday night.
The man was ejected from the Mustang during the second crash. Today
It is believed he kicked the driver out of the car before taking control of the Mustang.
The Mustang driver was not in the car at the time of the crash, and was uninjured.
After taking control of the Mustang, the man continued to drive erratically down Barrassi Way near the Melbourne Cricket Ground, before colliding with a Range Rover head-on and a Toyota Camry.
