Man charged with murder of Carlton woman Jayda Allen Bonner

Liban Ali, 31, has appeared in court after being charged with murder of Carlton woman Jayda Allen Bonner.

The 21-year-old was found dead at a Cardigan Street apartment complex on Saturday.

The accused is expected to face court again early next year.

A 31-year-old man has faced court charged with murder following the death of a woman in Carlton.

Emergency services were called to an apartment complex on Cardigan Street just before 2am on Saturday, where 21-year-old Jayda Allen Bonner was found dead.
