A man involved in a viral video showing three individuals allegedly attempting to forcibly remove a metal panel of a telecommunications protective installation was arrested in Barangay San Isidro, Makati City.
The Makati City Police Station said the incident was reported to the Sub-Station 3 around 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 8, prompting a follow-up operation that led to the arrest of the suspect, identified as “Arnel."
