Man arrested after three motorcycles go up in flames in front of Aranthangi police station

The Aranthangi police have arrested a 32-year-old man on charges of setting afire three motorcycles that were parked in front of the Traffic Police station at Aranthangi in the early hours on Wednesday.
Police said the accused, S. Vinod, from Melavazhakarai village in Nagapattinam district, had been working as a construction labourer in Aranthangi. He was inebriated and went to the bus stand where he lost cash. He went to the Aranthangi traffic police station and sat on one of the motorcycles parked in front of the traffic police station.
