Man appears in court on 21st birthday over €310,000 drugs haul in Cork

A man appeared in court on his 21st birthday after he was found with more than €310,000 worth of drugs in his suburban Cork home.
Success Aregbesola faces four drugs charges after gardaí discovered about 2kg of suspected cocaine, with an estimated street value of more than €200,000, and vacuum packages of suspected cannabis worth an estimated €112,000 in a home in Carrigtwohill on Wednesday.
Mr Aregbesola, of 66 An Fail, Cul Ard, Carrigtwohill, was charged with possession of both cocaine and cannabis for sale or supply, contrary to Section 15 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1977.
He was also charged with simple possession of both cocaine and cannabis, contrary to Section 3 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1977.
