Joshua Kerry, 28, has been charged with preparing acts of terrorism, including against Nigel Farage, British police have announced.
In July, Mr Kerry was charged with the murder of former MP and Reform UK spokesperson Ann Widdecombe, who was found dead in her home at the age of 78.
Mr Kerry is due to appear at London's Westminster Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
