A man and a woman have sadly died after a horror crash while paragliding in Colombia . On Wednesday July 29 Jhon Jaider Zúñiga, 27, and Marines Ussa Sarria, 31, were set to enjoy a paragliding trip in the Farallones area of rural municipality of Piendamó in Cauca Department, Colombia. However, what should have been a fun activity turned fatal. The pair reportedly lost control of the wing of their paraglider during a manoeuvre high in the air and as a result crashed into a mountainside. Witnesses said they appeared to suddenly lose stability before plunging to the ground far below. Local people rushed to the scene after spotting them crash on the steep terrain. Rescuers carried the victims to waiting vehicles and raced them to hospital. Upon arrival at hospital Jhon was showing no vital signs.
