Mamata loyalist MLA Kunal Ghosh's car attacked with stones, eggs in Bengal's Hooghly

Mamata Trinamool Congress MLA Kunal Ghosh’s car was allegedly attacked with stones and eggs in West Bengal’s Hooghly district on Saturday as he travelled to Serampore for a rally addressed by Mamata Banerjee.The incident took place in Uttarpara, where a group carrying black flags surrounded the vehicle and blocked its path, according to a TMC leader. The car’s rear windshield was smashed. The attackers have not been identified. “They attacked my car with stones and eggs and blocked the road. No police personnel were present there,” Ghosh said.
