According to George Patten of Tennis Head, Alex Eala will face the winner of the Patcharin Cheapchandej vs. Mahin Qureshi first-round match.

Cheapchandej of Thailand is currently ranked 510th in the WTA rankings, while Qureshi of Pakistan is unranked.
