BEGUSARAI: The main accused in a hotel assault and rape case, Rohit Kumar Sahni, was arrested by Begusarai Police and a Special Investigation Team (SIT) from Samastipur district in Bihar.According to police, Sahni allegedly tried to escape after his arrest by jumping from a police jeep. He sustained injuries during the attempt and was subsequently referred to Begusarai Sadar Hospital for treatment.Superintendent of Police Manish said, "In the case involving the viral video of a woman being mistreated, both accused individuals have now been arrested. One arrest was made earlier today during the daytime, as you were previously informed. The second main accused, a person named Rohit Sahni, has also been arrested. He was arrested from Mohiuddinnagar, which falls under Samastipur district, where our team went and apprehended him. The first arrest was made within the city, from the urban area.
