Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde made his maiden visit to Prasanthi Nilayam and offered prayers at the Divine Lotus Feet of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba on Tuesday (October 6, 2026).
Mr. Shinde was received by Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust Managing Trustee R.J. Rathnakar, who accompanied him during his visit. After offering prayers at Bhagawan’s Maha Samadhi, Mr. Shinde entered the Bhajan Hall, spent a few moments in the sacred sanctum sanctorum, seeking Swami’s blessings. A photograph of Bhagawan was presented to Mr. Shinde as a token of love and in fond remembrance of his visit to Prasanthi Nilayam.
