‘Mahakali’ video glimpse: Akshaye Khanna as Shukracharya

The makers of the Telugu film Mahakali , directed by Puja Aparna Kolluru , have unveiled a video glimpse of the film. Billed as a multilingual spectacle, the film stars Akshaye Khanna as Shukracharya. The video, titled #Shukracharya’sWarCry, also announces the film’s release date as January 8, 2027.
The video offers glimpses of how the stage is set for a battle between dharma and adharma. According to a statement from the makers, the battle is led by Shukracharya, the formidable guru of the asuras, and the battle hints at a war that could determine the fate of the world. An ominous note “the end begins” hints at an epic battle in Mahakali .
The film also stars Bhoomi Shetty, Rohit Saraf, Sriya Reddy, Khusboo Sundar, Rakesh Bedi, Samuthirakani, Rajat Kapoor, Murali Sharma and Nassar.
