Collingwood champion Scott Pendlebury will join the Gold Coast Suns next season as an unrestricted free agent.
Pendlebury is set to head north on a multi-year contract that will see him used a hybrid playing and coaching role.
The deal can be officially announced when the AFL free agency period starts on October 2.
