Tamil Nadu u-23 batter K.T.A. Madhava Prasad could not have asked for a better start to the domestic season. Opening alongside S.R. Athish in the match against Rest of India u-23 here, the right-hander made a statement with 174 in the first innings.

Madhava Prasad revealed that the constant support of B. Aparajith, Varun Chakaravarthy and u-23 head coach Guru Kedarnath has helped enhance his skills. “I have improved a lot technically. A lot of people are involved in this journey, including Aparajith anna , Varun anna and Kedarnath anna . Wherever I go, I receive help. Things are coming good,” the 21-year-old said after the third day’s play here.
