PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) in Johor has arrested the chairman of a housing committee at a federal statutory body over allegations of soliciting and accepting bribes and abusing his power in handling applications for government housing.
The suspect, a man in his 40s, was arrested at about 7.30pm on Sept 7 while giving his statement at the anti-graft agency's Johor office.
