Staff of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF) have paid tribute to its Executive Secretary/Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Ayodele Ogunsan, on his 50th birthday, describing him as a leader who invests in people. Ogunsan was appointed to the position by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on October 31, 2025. He was previously a member of the LSSTF Board. According to the Fund, his work has centred on strengthening support for security agencies, deepening stakeholder partnerships, mobilising resources and promoting training for a safer Lagos. The Director of Administration, Mr Adegbola Lewis, said Ogunsan’s encouragement had helped him achieve things he once thought impossible. “Lagos needs you, Nigeria needs you and everyone needs you,” he said in his tribute. The Executive Assistant, Mrs Adaobi Nwankwo, said ownership, humility, inclusiveness and impact define Ogunsan’s leadership.
