HYDERABAD: An accident involving BRS working president KT Rama Rao’s car was reported at Alugunuru junction in Karimnagar on Saturday when a lorry brushed against the vehicle’s rear door as it was being opened, police said. KTR was inside the car at the time and escaped unhurt.According to police, KTR was travelling to Karimnagar when his convoy stopped at Alugunuru junction, where BRS workers had gathered to welcome him. After greeting the party workers, KTR got into his car.While women party workers were tying rakhis to him, the rear door of the car was opened and a lorry passing alongside hit the door.LMD Colony police station SI Sd Anwar said it was a minor accident and there was no danger to KTR.“The driver did not notice the lorry while opening the door.
