TEMERLOH: A tanker lorry driver today pleaded not guilty at the Magistrate’s Court here to two counts of reckless driving that caused the deaths of a mother and her son at KM9 of Jalan Temerloh-Triang here last Friday (Aug 14).
Nor Azlan Mahayudin, 37, entered the plea after the charges were read out before Magistrate Anis Adlina Abu Johan.
He was charged with driving the tanker dangerously, causing the deaths of Nur Fatima Syuhada Abdullah, 39, and Muhamad Fattah Aisy Nuafal Saifulnizam, 12, at about 4pm on Aug 14.
