The " Full House " alum, 62, filed for divorce from her husband of nearly 30 years on Friday, Sept. 4, according to documents obtained by USA TODAY. Loughlin cited irreconcilable differences and listed their date of separation as Aug. 31, 2025.
She also revealed she and Giannulli have a prenuptial agreement regarding separate and community property, and indicated they will determine the issue of spousal support at a later date.
The former couple have been married since November 1997 and share daughters Olivia Jade Giannulli , 26, and Isabella Rose Giannulli , 27. In October, the actress' publicist confirmed to USA TODAY that she and the fashion designer were living separately , but no legal action had been taken at the time.
