Long-term vision is to provide certificates within a stipulated timeframe: Sengottaiyan

Tamil Nadu's Revenue Minister announced a new three-tier system to expedite the issuance of government certificates and the distribution of tablets to village officials. The government also plans to grant land pattas to eligible families and implement a real-time disaster warning system.
Tamil Nadu Minister for Revenue and Disaster Management, K.A. Sengottaiyan, on Monday, said in the Assembly during Demand for Grants that his department will implement a new practice of appointing officials in a three-tier system to speed up the process of providing certificates and that it is the long-term vision of the State government to provide all necessary certificates within a stipulated timeframe.
