Local rain returns as temperatures briefly rise across Israel

The weather Monday will be partly cloudy, with a slight rise in temperatures, mainly in central and southern Israel. Temperatures will remain around seasonal averages. Local rain is expected during the morning, mainly in the north, and toward noon, the rain will be concentrated mainly in the northern and central hills. Monday night will be partly to mostly cloudy, with possible light local rain, mainly in the north and along the Coastal plain. Tuesday will be partly to mostly cloudy. Temperatures will fall in central and southern Israel, dropping below seasonal averages.
