Lifeboat called to Cape Clear after local child has fall

Amy Campbell Baltimore RNLI were called out yesterday evening to a medical evacuation call involving a child on Cape Clear Island, off the coast of west Cork.
The volunteer lifeboat crew launched their all-weather lifeboat at 5.20pm, following a request from the Irish Coast Guard to provide the evacuation for a child living on the island who had sustained an injury following a fall.
