LG smart TVs caught logging audio with screen off and snooping on local devices
Security researchers have discovered that LG smart TVs are actively scanning local networks for other devices and recording audio even when the screen is powered off. This data is reportedly used by LG's advertising division to track user behavior and build profiles across multiple household devices.
