Nearly eight months on from the launch of LG’s OLED evo W6 , the company has announced that the ‘true wireless’ TV is headed to South Africa. The big thing then was the TV’s incredibly thin profile, and that’s still the sentiment here. According to LG, the TV is about as thick as thirteen bank cards stacked on top of one another.
Now that the TV is coming to South Africa — we can simply divulge the impressive 9.95mm measurement. We’ve never found thinness to be much of a selling point for a TV as we favour looking at the screen, but you do you. If you’re mounting the thing, there’s no denying it’ll look damn good — especially without any wires sticking out at odd angles.
