A suspected leopard was spotted in the agriculture fields at Ladaputtu village under Iradapalli panchayat in Paderu mandal of Alluri Sitharama Raju district on Tuesday, causing concern among local residents.
According to local residents, a farmer noticed the animal while working in the fields and recorded a video of it. He alerted the Forest Department officials, who reached the area and inspected the fields and the surrounding locations.
