Lava launches Virat V1 5G and Virat V1 for online buyers
Lava has launched two new budget-friendly smartphones, the Virat V1 5G and Virat V1, in partnership with Flipkart. Both devices feature large displays, IP64 ratings, and competitive pricing for the Indian market.

Lava on Friday (July 24, 2026) launched two new budget segment phones under its online-first series : Virat V1 5G and Virat V1. The homegrown smartphone company has partnered with Flipkart to sell their Virat V1 series.
Lava Virat V1 5G has a 6.75 inch HD+ display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. It ships with a 6,000 mAh battery. It bears IP64 rating which makes it resistant to dust and splash.
Lava has used Unisoc T8200 processor with 4 GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. Virtual 4 GB RAM also available while it also offers expandable storage of up to 1 TB. It operates on Android 16 out of the box.
Virat V1 5G sports a 13 MP rear and a 5 MP front camera. It will be available in Arya Blue and Sonar Gold colours at ₹12,999.
