Kulbergs noted that Latvia has stood shoulder to shoulder with Ukrainians since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion. In this context, he recalled that his country helped defend Hostomel Airport by supplying the first symbolic Stinger systems, while Latvians have already delivered 4,000 vehicles directly to Ukrainian troops on the front line.
