There is no way he’d sue and win. Read the CBA. The league does not need proof beyond a reasonable doubt to punish Kawhi. And it’s obvious there was intent to breach the cap by both he and the Clippers.
Kawhi was paid a hefty sum to do zero work. Zero. I would assume most NBA endorsement deals would not involve a player being paid to either do literally nothing or based on outright lies regarding work done. The Clippers only got caught because they were equal parts brazen and stupid. But Kawhi was obviously party to the deal as much as they were.
