KOCHI: At least three people died after a landslide struck Kottakamboor in Vattavada, Idukki, Kerala, on Sunday.Police said the death toll in the flash flood in the Chokkad River has risen to three. The bodies of a woman and two men who went missing in the incident have been recovered.Meanwhile, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a rainfall alert, with seven districts, including Thiruvananthapuram and Idukki, under a yellow alert for Sunday.Isolated heavy rainfall of up to 115.5 mm is expected over a 24-hour period.
