Labour Minister Vivek says Advanced Technology Centres will boost employability among youngsters

Telangana's Labour Minister G. Vivek Venkataswamy announced the establishment of Advanced Technology Centres (ATCs) across 119 constituencies to improve youth employability. The initiative focuses on training students in emerging fields like AI, robotics, and drones.

Minister for Labour, Employment and Training, G. Vivek Venkataswamy, said that the State government is establishing Advanced Technology Centres (ATCs) across all 119 Assembly constituencies to equip youth with cutting-edge technology, industry-oriented skills and make them future-ready.
He performed the bhoomi puja for an ATC at Rudrangi in Rajanna Sircilla district on Tuesday. The centre is being established at an estimated cost of ₹45.15 crore. Government Whip and Vemulawada MLA Aadi Srinivas was present.
The Minister said that the government was building a comprehensive ecosystem to support students in skill training and ensure placements. The Congress government transformed the Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) into ATCs to enhance the employability of youth.
