L-Acoustics L1 powers Joker Xue world tour debut
Chinese Mandopop artist Joker Xue has debuted the L-Acoustics L1 large-format line source system on his Evolution world tour. The deployment, managed by production company MRT, marks the first large-scale use of this audio technology in Asia.

L-Acoustics L1 powers Joker Xue world tour debut
L-Acoustics' L1 large-format line source system has made its global touring debut on Chinese Mandopop artist Joker Xue's Evolution world tour. Shanghai-based production company MRT deployed the system across the stadium production in what is also the first large-scale L1 deployment in Asia.
Launched earlier this year, the L1 system is being used alongside the companion CS1 cardioid subwoofer on the tour, which features a four-sided stage measuring 93m x 53m x 36m (WxDxH). The production also incorporates a 5,600m 2 LED display surrounding the audience.
MRT, one of only four L-Acoustics L1 pilot partners worldwide and the only certified partner in Asia, began deploying the system two months before its official launch. The brand’s regional distributor Rightway Audio Consultants (Racpro) supported the deployment throughout the tour.
