Kuria backs Chirchir’s October 30 Rironi road promise
Former Cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria has publicly endorsed the promise made by Roads and Transport CS Davis Chirchir to open the Rironi-Naivasha dual carriageway by October 30. The project is part of a larger effort to reduce traffic congestion on the Nairobi-Nakuru corridor.

Former Cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria has thrown his weight behind Roads and Transport Cabinet Secretary Davis Chirchir’s promise that motorists will start using the Rironi-Naivasha dual carriageway by October 30.
Kuria shared a video of Chirchir giving an update on the project, saying the Cabinet secretary was a man of his word.
“I have worked constantly with this man for the last 15 years, including in the Cabinet. Even Riggy G the other day confessed that Davis Chirchir is a very serious man,” Kuria said.
“He does not play with politics; he does not know how to. When he says that from 30th October, 51 days from today, you will drive from Nairobi to Rironi on a dual carriageway, better believe him. He means what he says.”
