NEW DELHI: Telangana Police on Tuesday registered an FIR against BRS leaders KT Rama Rao, T Harish Rao, Gangula Kamalakar and others for allegedly obstructing and assaulting police officials outside the Telangana assembly.According to the FIR, the leaders allegedly abused women constables, threatened staff and caught police officials by the collar. The FIR further said that the leaders tried to force entry despite security restrictions imposed on the Assembly Speaker's orders.The case is booked under Sections 121(1), 132, 74, 79, 351, 352, 353 r/w 3(5) of the BNS.
