The bank held bilateral meetings from Sep. 9 over two days with officials including the Vice President of Botswana and the finance ministers of Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda, Ghana, Egypt, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, and Sierra Leone. The meetings were arranged on the sidelines of the 8th Korea-Africa Economic Cooperation (KOAFEC) Ministerial Conference, with a focus on sharing each country's key development needs and discussing cooperation plans utilizing the Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF).
