An ABC investigation has discovered leading online retailer Kogan is operating a second website called Exclusive Brands, selling the same products with large price hikes.
Experts, including a former ACCC boss, have called for the consumer watchdog to launch an urgent investigation into whether discounts on Kogan.com are misleading.
