Kit Chan's original Home gets its first-ever vinyl release as a Singapore-shaped record
Singaporean singer Kit Chan's iconic National Day song 'Home' is being released on vinyl for the first time. The limited edition features a unique Singapore-shaped record with a handmade ceramic HDB topper.
Why it matters
This release marks a significant cultural milestone for Singaporean music, transforming a digital-only classic into a rare, physical collectible.
The National Day classic is finally getting its first vinyl release nearly three decades after its debut – as a Singapore island-shaped vinyl with a ceramic HDB topper, limited to just 61 copies.
Each of the 61 vinyl copies will be autographed by Kit Chan herself. (Photos: Art/st Records, Instagram/Hellokitchan)
