The organising committee for the burial of Tooro King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV has released the final programme for his burial on Saturday, September 12, detailing how the late monarch will be escorted from Karuziika Palace to St John’s Cathedral and later to the Karambi Royal Tombs.
The programme was announced on Tuesday evening by Dr Richard Rwabuhinga, co-chairperson of the Organising Committee for the Burial, who said the arrangements had been designed to ensure that the late king receives an official, dignified and culturally appropriate send-off.
