Kindness Awards given to champions of animal welfare

The fourth Kindness Awards were held in Chennai to honor 15 individuals for their contributions to animal welfare. The event, supported by the Change A Life Charitable Trust, also featured a pet ramp walk to promote compassion toward animals.

The fourth edition of the Kindness Awards was held at Hotel Savera on the birth anniversary of industrialist Vijayakumar A. Reddy on Tuesday. It was organised by Savera Managing Director Nina Reddy and supported by Change A Life Charitable Trust (CAL). The awards celebrate his legacy of compassion towards animals. This year, 15 individuals who dedicated their lives to animal welfare were honoured while six others were felicitated for strengthening the cause through their support.
