Kiernan joins Newcastle United
Newcastle United Women have signed Irish international forward Leanne Kiernan from Liverpool for an undisclosed fee. The 27-year-old brings extensive WSL experience to the squad as the team prepares for the upcoming season.

The Ireland international completes her move to the Magpies for an undisclosed fee after five years with the Reds.
Leanne made 76 appearances during her time on Merseyside, scoring 23 times. She spent the second half of last season on loan at fellow Barclays Women’s Super League 2 side Nottingham Forest.
After moving from Shelbourne in 2018, the 27-year-old joined West Ham United, making 40 appearances across three years.
Internationally, Leanne has 38 caps for Ireland since making her debut in 2016.
