Khader asks DK administration to prepare presentation on infrastructure for High Court bench in Mangaluru

Minister U.T. Khader has directed local administration to prepare infrastructure plans for a potential High Court bench in Mangaluru. The initiative aims to build consensus among neighboring districts to support the proposal.
Why it matters
Establishing a High Court bench significantly impacts judicial accessibility and regional legal infrastructure for the public.
With the three-member committee of High Court Judges set to visit Mangaluru shortly to study the feasibility of setting up the bench of the High Court in Mangaluru and other places, Dakshina Kannada in-charge Minister U.T. Khader on Sunday, directed Deputy Commissioner H.V.
