Kesha has sold her sprawling Los Angeles mansion for $6.68 million, nearly two years after she first attempted to offload the property. The sale gives the pop star a profit of almost $1.7 million on the Mar Vista home, which she purchased in 2020 for $4.95 million.The 39-year-old singer, whose full name is Kesha Rose Sebert, first listed the ultramodern property in March 2024 for $5.95 million. She had bought the home just four years earlier, paying $4.95 million for the contemporary residence.The listing was pulled from the market within weeks. Kesha returned with the property in March this year, this time setting a considerably higher asking price of $7 million. The mansion was also offered as a rental, with a monthly asking price of $35,000.According to property records by Realtor, the home eventually found a buyer, with the transaction closing on May 19 for $6.68 million.
