Kerolin departs WSL champions Man City in record move to Barcelona
Brazilian forward Kerolin has transferred from Manchester City to Barcelona for a record-breaking fee of £1.25 million. The move marks the highest transfer fee ever received by a Women's Super League club.

In January 2025, Manchester City fans were excited by the arrival of Brazil international forward Kerolin . After 18 months, she's saying goodbye to the club with a record transfer to Spanish giants Barcelona on a four-year deal.
The 26-year-old joined Man City from North Carolina Courage in January 2025.
During her time with City, she won two major trophies last season — the Women's Super League title, and the FA Cup. She also scored nine goals and bagged 15 assists during her time in the WSL.
Kerolin is also a key figure for Brazil. On the international stage, she's scored 15 goals in 62 appearances for her country. With the World Cup taking place in her native country next year, she'll be a key player for the home nation.
