Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Keralam president Rajeev Chandrasekhar has blamed Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan and Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala for not taking a clear position on the recommendation of the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) to register a case against former Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan over corruption allegations in the CMRL-Exalogic pay-off case.
It has been 10 days since the ED forwarded a letter to the Kerala Police recommending the registration of a case against Mr. Vijayan, but no action had yet been taken by the government, he told media persons in Kochi on Friday (September 18, 2026).
