Kerala govt. nominates MLAs to KTU Syndicate, BoG

The Kerala government has nominated five MLAs to the Syndicate and Board of Governors of APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. This move is part of the university's statutory body reconstitution process.

The Syndicate and Board of Governors (BoG) of APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU) are set to be reconstituted with the State government nominating representatives of the new members of the Kerala Legislative Assembly to the statutory bodies.
Abid Hussain Thangal and Jyothikumar Chamakkala have been nominated as members of the Syndicate. The nominations were made from among the five MLAs who were elected to the university’s BoG.
The other MLAs elected to the BoG are Ramya Haridas, Uma Thomas and K.V. Sumesh.
