PETALING JAYA: Kepong MP Lim Lip Eng has offered a RM5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspect who allegedly set an elderly woman alight outside a lottery shop in Kuala Lumpur after dousing her with what police believe to be petrol.
In a statement, Lim said the incident was "an act of shocking cruelty" and that the person responsible must be found, arrested and made to face the full force of the law.
