Kenya Reacts to Missile and Drone Attacks on Saudi Arabia, Proposes Solution

Kenya has formally condemned the wave of missile and drone attacks targeting infrastructure, civilian sites, and places of worship in Saudi Arabia, calling on all parties to stand down and pursue dialogue.

Source: UGC The Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs issued the statement following a series of drone strikes launched from Iraqi territory on September 10 and 11, 2026, which forced Saudi Arabia to shut down its East–West Crude Oil Pipeline as a precautionary measure.

The attacks came amid a broader regional conflict involving Iran and its allies, and followed Houthi strikes from Yemen that struck energy facilities and civilian locations in the kingdom days earlier, injuring more than 70 people.
