The Kerala High Court has stayed an order by the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB), Alappuzha, permitting the police to transport the children in conflict with the law (CCL) in a murder case across various public locations in the district for evidence recovery on Wednesday.
The Single Bench of Justice G. Girish granted time for the State to respond to the petition filed by the first, second and third CCL, while staying the operation of the Board’s order allowing “escorted movement” for evidence recovery.
