The Karnataka Dhamma Janjagruti Yatra-2026, being organised to promote constitutional values and mark the 70th anniversary of the historic Buddhist Dhamma Deeksha movement, will commence on October 5, according to national president of the International Buddhist Youth Organisation (India), Zen monk Shaku Bodhi Dhamma.
Addressing a press conference here on Tuesday, Dr. Dhamma said the State-wide yatra is being jointly organised by the International Buddhist Youth Organisation (India), Global Dr. Ambedkar Buddhist Mission (U.S.), All India Dr. Ambedkar Bhikkhu Sangha, and the Buddhist Mahastupa Development and Conservation Trust, Sannati (Kanaganahalli).
