Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar on Wednesday took many by surprise by visiting the BJP State office to pay his last respects to BJP leader and former Minister B.C. Nagesh.
The body of Nagesh, who died on Tuesday night, had been kept at the BJP office in Malleswaram to enable party leaders and supporters to pay their last respects before it was taken to his native place, Tiptur.
The Chief Minister, before leaving for Delhi to attend the Congress Working Committee meeting, decided to visit the BJP office to pay his last respects.
