A twin-engine four-seater training plane crashed in a field near the banks of the Ganges River in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur on Thursday, killing both the pilot and the co-pilot.According to the police, one of the pilots was a trainee, and the other was an instructor.The two, identified as Sachin Bhatia from Gujarat and Abhishek Pujari from Karnataka, took off at 11:30 am from the Garg Aviation training centre in Kanpur. The incident took place around 11:50 am when they were flying back to the training centre."We have got information about the instructor. He had an experience of around 3,000 hours. The DGCA has been informed. Their team will conduct a thorough investigation.
